    I went to EZ fix to get a screen repaired for a ******* **** When I dropped the phone off, he gave me a price around $130. When I got the phone back from him, the housing (not the screen) was all cracked because he said he had a hard time getting the screen out and then in again. No apology, nothing. Then there was glue all over my screen and the crack and he said the glue protected water from entering the phone. No. It doesn’t. Then, he tried saying he should be charging me more but I said we agreed on a price. Then, I left. The screen started going black and had lines all over the screen with the screen partially black. Now the phones completely broken. It needs a brand new screen and I’m frustrated.

    Dear Sir or Madam,  My name is Wasi Haider and I am the owner of EZ FIX located at **** ******* **** **** ******** ** *****.  I receive a mail of complaint from you involving one of my respected customers about her ******* **** smartphone.  I fixed her smartphone which was at first not turning on as the screen was blacked out and the screen + LCD was broken.  I fixed the phone and she was very satisfied afterwards when she had tested her phone by making a phone call to see that it was fully functioning.  About one week alter I received a call from the customer that their phone was not working to which I replied by asking them to bring their phone into the store so that I may take a look at it so that I could fix the problem.  She and her partner came into my store the next today very angrily and upset due to the issue. I told her to let me see the phone so that I could open and fix the problem.  I told her that someone may have applied too much pressure onto the screen that she may have dripped it to which she denied it and did admit to dropping it or such. After a little minor conversation, I fixed her cellphone with no cost of money or extra charge because she had either dropped it or put too much pressure onto the screen which caused the inside cables and wiring of the phone to become loose.  After fixing the phone, the customer was still not happy and was threating me that she will "destroy" my business. This was the situation that occurred to which you received a complaint to your office.  I hope that this matter can be resolved and if there is any further information that might need from my end or any further steps that I need to take/address, please let me know. Sincerely, Wasi Haider Owner of E.Z.
