    I met with Chris for help with designing a rooftop deck. He was very knowledgeable and shared many things I would not have considered such as materials, direction of the sun and placement of structures for shade, and how to prep for future considerations of power and irrigation. We gave him some rough ideas of what we liked and he ran with it and turned it into a beautiful vision that we couldn’t even imagine. It was well throughout and brought our dream deck to life. It is truly an oasis, a place to go to escape and relax. Couldn’t have been more pleased. Recently, we have reached out again this time about designing and building a home. He was extremely knowledgeable and listened to everything that my wife and I threw at him for what we wanted in a custom home. He provided a great overview with lots of useful information and design considerations. We have decided to put the project on hold for now and definitely plan on using him on the future.

    We had Modish do an evaluation of a property we were considering buying to build a home on. Thankfully, Chris was able to determine that where we wanted to situate the house on the property wouldn't work because the driveway would be too steep and would require extensive grading, retaining walls and switch backs. It was well worth the money to find this out before we spent $200k for a property we couldn't build on. We will definitely use him in the future to evaluate any other property and build our home.
