      I ordered an ******* Ultralight Manikinfrom ******  on the 17th of December. On the 23rd I received a large Manila envelope in the mail. I’ve seen multiple reviews and the same thing happened to me. They send a Manila envelope with flyers, but not the actual mannequin. Why is ****** allowing this company to scam people? They say it
      Was handed directly to a resident on the 23rd of January but no one was home at that time. So who was it “handed to”? It is now the 28th and I still don’t have the manikin. I called ****** customer service and was told to message the company and wait 2 MORE days. No on answers the phone and no one returns calls. $160 spent with no manikin and no help.

      For a company that sells AED's they are shocking. Best just to avoid this one. I bought a pack of AED's from them at their **** store and they never arrived they told me the courier tried to deliver but no note or anything in the door. Their response was nothing we can do about it. So once they get your money, just forget about any service. They even promised me a refund again they went back on their word and still no refund. Really just forget this one if you are looking for service if anything goes wrong.
