    I sought out this company after working with them in the past and having great results. Unfortunately their website had been shut down and they are working on a much smaller scale. I emailed the business and asked how to place and order and she had me call her. I placed an order on August 1st 2023. She explained that usps loses her packaged to give her a call If it doesn't come in a week or so. I contacted by phone phone to no response. I contacted by email to be told they lost her package she will send another on Monday August 21st. I asked for a tracking number and she never provided. I have informed delivery and never was informed of a package being sent. I contacted by text after nor being able to leave a voicemail. 2 days later she said she ran out of bottles and would send by Saturday August 26th. She sent a text Saturday morning letting me know I'd have it by Wednesday. I asked for a tracking number. No response. I contacted today Wednesday August 30th after not receiving a package. She insists its on its way. I ask for a refund she tells me she's 76yrs old and has a small business and has been in business for 15yrs and she's not ******. She never confirmed my address. She won't provide a tracking number and now she refused to refund. I was really excited about this product. I went searching for a way to purchase for years. I just wanted the product ai bought. Instead I got a runaround. She had no problem taking payment the day after I ordered. But she can no provide any information on shipping. I am on disability and can not just hand money over for products never received. All I have as proof is a string of texts. I just want my money back.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
    After filing the complaint with the better business bureau She did send the product. it came pretty quick which proved to me she never sent it in the first place because I watched it move through the system as soon as the label was created. I was thrilled to receive the product and was ready to drop the complaint despite it taking a month to recive what I paid for. However, She sent the wrong product. I purchased this product for my medical condition of Chron's disease. I ordered a specific type that would be gentle on my stomach (called Sunday morning). She sent Buffalo Spirit which is the exact opposite.  It has turmeric and ginseng which trigger my stomach pain. I contacted her about the mistake and she said she would send a replacement. That has not happened and she stopped responding.

    I have NOT received the replacement package. I contacted them on September 1st that the wrong item was shipped after a month of waiting for the first package. She did she would send a replacement. Nothing has been sent. I also contacted again on Septemeber 12th asking what was going on. I received no response. I no longer want to work with the business as they are unreliable. I'd like a tracking number for the replacement or a refund.
