I dropped off my snowblower for a look over. After a number of calls and 2 trips to the shop I finally was told it will be ready in a few days. Well 1200.00 was there quote, I said I'll pick up my machine. They returned it to me with no oil. I ran it to another shop and yes 2 days later I received there call 136.00 all set no work need. Terrible business stay far, far away.

I dropped off my less than 3 year old riding mower to D&S on Nov 15, 2022 for some warranty work. Did not get my machine back until May 20, 2023......over 7 months. It took multiple visits to the shop and listened to countless lies about parts, this and that AND they did not fix anything of what they said the problem was in the first place. Oh, and guess what.... my warranty actually expired on May 7, 2023, so I could not take it anywhere else if I wanted to. The mower is exactly the same as when I took it to them with the exception on a new tube in the dry rotted tire, which was one of my 3 issues. They did not replace parts that they said I absolutely had to have installed otherwise *** ***** would give them grief.....LIE after lie.
Check their BBB reviews and you will see another review just like this. I emphatically DO NOT recommend this shop for any repairs.

If I could leave less than one star, I would. I dropped off my generator in April of 2022. I heard nothing until I contacted them in June of 2022. The response was that the generator would be looked at the next day (what a coincidence). I never heard anything except vapid excuses when I e-mailed, if there was a response at all. I was told my calls were returned but no message was left. The owner refused to tell me what number he called from because he knows he did not call. I called in the fall of 2022 and was told someone would get back to me, and no one did. Interestingly the person I spoke to told me about a time that a generator sat there for a year and the generator company had to "buy them out." I stopped there unannounced one day and the place was closed. It was during their advertised hours yet the place was locked up. I called when I was there and no one answered; in fact their VM said to leave a message or else they could not call back. However, their mailbox was full. It was necessary to get the generator company involved and to their credit they sent me another generator. However, this begs the question, what is Don doing with this equipment? Is he billing companies for work not being performed? In my opinion, this is unethical, fraudulent and criminal; Don now owns a $500 generator. He can use it or fix it and sell for a nice little profit. Is that what he is doing? DO NOT bring your equipment to D & S if you want communication, transparency, your equipment fixed and returned. You will chase this guy to no avail. Good luck, you've been warned! BTW, I'm no keyboard warrior, Don knows EXACTLY who this is.
