    The date of the transaction happened at 4:29 PM on 10/12/22. I went to the gas station named American and I asked to put $4.00 worth of gas in my car. Since the gas station does not allow self service, an employee was going to fill up my car. I handed him the cash and waited inside my car. After a few moments he said he was done. I turned on my car and the gas meter had not changed. It had indicated that the gas level stayed the same. I told the man that he didnt pump any gas into my gas since the meter did not rise. I asked him to do it again but he refused. I asked him for my money back but he refused to do so. He handed me a receipt and told me to contact the BBB
