On 8/24/2023 I attended le diner en blanc Long Island in **.It was a complete disaster. It was my birthday and I planned to spend time with friends and family. I brought my own food and drinks except for alcohol which I pre purchased on their site along with a photo shoot. On the day before the event I received an email stating that the photo en blanc is canceled and I will be reimbursed. Today is 11/28 I still havent received my reimbursement despite all the emails that I sent them.On the day of the event. We were supposed to meet at a specific time and we were told be there or be squared. Oh well!!! My group waited 75 mins. An hour and 15 mins for someone who was running late. Please understand that we cant get there on our own. The leader has to bring us there. When we arrived most of the group has already started decorating their table and the event had already started. We were told it was a white affair lol no people had off white, beige etc. it was supposed to be an elegant affair people were allowed to come in with see through ghetto outfit. When it was time for us to get our bottle of wine that we ordered we stayed online for 45 mins. This was a disaster. I want my money back.
