      Bought my car in GA live in SC! It’s been 6 weeks and still no registration and on my second temp tag! This company is a joke blaming it on COVID, hell that’s over stop using it as an excuse! This business needs to be shut down and face a hell of a fine for wasting people’s time! Never again!

      Terrible - can't get answers - can't drive my car - My dealer says they can't do anything about it. I'm basically making payments on a paperweight at this point because I can't get my title.

      They screwed up my initial registration so I had to park my truck for several weeks until they could straighten it out. Routinley have made mistakes on paperwork. I finally had to register the vehicle myself due to their incompetence. Turns out the paperwork they gave me was incorrect and now I need to get my title corrected. Spoiler alert they screwed up that paperwork as well. I dont think it would be possible for them to have done a worse job.

      Same story as everyone else - purchased a truck from a dealership in West Virginia who uses RegUSA. I was warned by my insurance agent in Massachusetts that these registration firms can take a few weeks to complete the transactions, but I was told (at the dealership) that to secure financing through them I was forced to also use this service.
      That was over 6 weeks ago and still no registration.
      I cannot use temporary plates in MA, I cannot get the truck inspected, and my insurance company is threatening to drop coverage if I can't register it soon. My agent called RegUSA directly a week ago to get this moving and they refused to speak with him at first, then said they would call him back (which of course they have not yet).
      They directly lied to the dealership (when the dealer inquired about status), claiming that the MA registry was holding things up.

      I’ve had the same problem with this company that every reviewer has had. INCOMPETENT! After over 30 years of military service I have learned to manage what I expect of people and it boils down to expecting only the minimum required to get a job done but this company does not even do the minimum. The great state of Tennessee has spent their resouces overnighting correspondence to RegUSA only for them to take a month to reply. I told the state after the second incident not to waste money with anymore overnight deliveries because no matter how quickly it gets to RegUSA they will not get in a hurry… in fact they just take their time. One reviewer said RegUSA told him they couldn’t talk to him… they told me the same thing. They are horrible. I will never buy another car from a dealer that uses them and I’ll be sure ***** *** is well aware too. Their telephone representative was downright rude! Please do not use this company unless you want the frustration of having to try to jump in and communicate with a company that DOES NOT want to communicate with you! I wish I had time to rant more but it’s just not worth it…thus company SUCKS!

      Horrible !
      August 2022, I purchased a 2022 ****** in SC [ unencumbered] ; today 16 December 2022 the carousel continues! The title clerk at Fort Mill Hyundai is a Saint having to deal with a company which continually extends the finish line.
      Sadden!!!
      Never consider RegUSA for nothing!
      If anyone wants to start a class action suit against them, I'm all in!!!

      Worst company ever!!!! My dealer uses this place to register vehicles from out of state .I purchased my car on 9/17/22 and still have not received my tags . They always blame any delays on the dmv . Save urself the headache and try to avoid getting a car from out of state .I’m on my second temp tag . This is the worst company and they will not speak with you unless you are the dealer . That’s how awful they are at what they do and they leave the dealer to take the blame . Dealerships need to stop using this company.

      ITS BEEN 6 MONTHS AND COUNTING!!!! I bought the car out of state and they use Reg USA to register the car. They keep messing up the paperwork. Now I have a $900 car payment in a car I can not drive BECAUSE OF THEM!!!. They send the papers to take 2 weeks and then they lie and tell me they " don't have permission to talk to me", even though the dealership copied me in the email stating they can talk to me. I have used all of the temp tags the state can give me, and the dealership state cant give me another one either. Here i am STUCK! I am going to have to get involved with a lawyer to get this done.

      Awful lying company. I bought my car out of state at a dealership. They use this company to process the registration transfer from my trade to my new car. It took them seven weeks to send it to my home state’s DMV. The whole time they kept lying and saying that the holdup was with the DMV.

      This company is completely incompetent. They do not know ANY of the the 50 state requirements. They are not reliable nor accountable for their lack of performance. In my case, they had the paperwork at point of sale but failed to process for over 90 days. Temporary tags expired with no recourse to get another so my new vehicle had to be parked while waiting on RegUSA to process the paperwork. They perform as a contractor for a car company and because the buyer is not Reg USA's direct customer (the seller is), the company refuses to speak directly to "anyone" about their dismal performance and lack of knowledge. When I finally got my registration/tag, it was coded incorrectly and I had to spend more time at the DMV to attempt correction than they did in "messing" it up. The value of their service is absolutely zero and they are actually a liability to anyone trying to use their service.
