    I made a list of what clothes I have for consignment and made a copy and brought to this shop in spring 2022. The owner took many designer tops and jewelry and checked off what she took and I took pictures of jewelry I left behind. ( see pics) I went today to see how my stuff I left sold or what is to pick up as end of summer clothing season and does not apply to jewelry I left which I took picture. I felt uncomfortable with how the owner takes items in and on Register table just put to side and that was it. I felt as if how can I prove what I left moving forward and now I see why. Its because I will never see my stuff again and how can I trust what owner sold. Well owner says I told you when you left items when to pick up and now you cant have anything back because I will donate. ?? wow what is my recourse? No mention of how to give me money of what she sold so far and that brings me back to my original feeling of when I first left my items with her. I want what is due to me .

    In 22 plus years, this is the very first time that I have had a problem with one of my consignors. I run my store single handedly, therefore I am unable to contact each consignor individually at the end of each season to retrieve their items. They are responsible to remember to pick them up if they want them back, and every consignor reads AND SIGNS a consignment agreement when they drop off their items. I have attached a copy of the signed agreement from ****************. I sincerely hope that some sort of an agreement can be reached. Thank you.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    The owner, *** has a tiny store therefore she does not have a lot of volume so why is she saying she cant call or email the few in this day and age.  She is unorganized as I noticed when I dropped off my clothing and jewelry which I will never see again or any money for these items. She claims to donate all if you dont pick up which I doubt jewelry in her possession she would just give away and expensive designer clothes.  She is hoping you will not pick up according to her time so she can keep all the profits to herself.  She had my stuff in her possession the day I went there but ******* said you cant have it will be donated so no my problem is not resolved.
