    Pinnacle from ************** came recommended by friends but our experience was terrible. These guys recommend AC units that are sub par and break down after two years. The workmanship is also questionable as a brand new AC system shouldnt break down as much as it did. These are not professionals. They are amateurs. Hoping this review helps other stay away from these guys. Sorry to say but this is exactly the kind of headache we were trying to avoid. I hope others have a better experience with installers who actually recommend and install quality products.

    This home owners review is a lie. after 2 years of the systems working properly, he reached out well after business hours on a Sunday, blaming and ranting, when i tried to see if i could potentially trouble shoot over texts he continued to blame us for what could have potentially have been a switch accidentally turned off a tripped breaker, dirty filter, thermostat in program mode or a number of other minor things that could have saved him a costly trip out to his home. he continued to insist we come to his home and refused to take any steps to solve any problems on his own. we agreed he refused to supply a credit card and insisted that we were at fault for what we still have no idea. He started an argument with the owner and said he did not want us to come to his home we have not heard from him since that conversation.
