    I am writing to advise potential customers of this shop to be warned about the unfriendly and indifferent attitude displayed to customers by the owner and to expect long delays before they even begin work on your equipment. I brought in an Echo backpack blower which needed a new primer bulb on the carb. The machine was otherwise working fine. I was called less than a week later to pick up the machine and made the mistake of not checking it out before attempting to use it again. Obviously, the owner who had made the repair didn't check the machine either (a necessary obligation) and, a week later when I tried to use it, the throttle lever was frozen in place and wouldn't move. I brought the machine back and explained the problem to the tech who met me at the front desk who said they'd give me a call as soon as it was checked. Two and one half weeks later I still hadn't received any communication so I called. The owner was not at all friendly, acted annoyed that I was questioning him and interrupted me in a loud voice stating that they were very busy. I remained calm and asked that they please attend to this asap. A week later I stopped in to check and the owner (not at all friendly nor apologetic) informed me he had taken a look and ordered two parts from another repair shop since his shop was no longer selling Echo tools. He also implied in an angry tone that I was accusing him of causing the problem. I answered that the machine's throttle mechanism had been working fine before I brought the machine in for the first repair. Two weeks went by and I still hadn't heard a thing. This was now a total of five and one half weeks. Ridiculous! I drove to the shop and asked the mechanic who came to the front desk to return my machine. The mechanic told me it was their fault for not having performed quality control to check my machine before returning it and apologized. I'll never go there again.
