    The property is beautiful, but the sales tactics to get you to buy the membership are high pressure. The pitch that you always have a site is false and the sites are small. This membership is geared more towards RV and big fifth wheel owners. We have a pop up. You can never get the nicer sites as people bring their campers there and "park" them for days before they are even camping there. There are not enough sites for the number of memberships they sell. We were told that if we don't pay the dues for the year it's fine, but we can't camp for the year, but we got a notice that our dues were being sent to collections for not paying it this year. Based on what others have said, we were charged more for the membership, even after they said we were getting discounts for coming there on a "promotion". Like I said, the property is beautiful but you can get the same amenities at other campgrounds without the outrageous price for a membership.
