    I booked a sprinter van with Beach limo on 5/16/23 for my 8/25/23 wedding with contract for 16 guests. On the day of the wedding the sprinter van arrived and could barely fit 8 people. I reached out to the business on 9/19/23 to express my disappointment, I never heard back after multiple emails were sent. I disputed the charge with my credit ************ company will not reimburse me unless I have something in writing stating they will. This company Beach Limo has blocked all my phone numbers I call from, the owner has even blocked my phone number. I can not get in touch with them & even when I do once they hear it is me they hang up and block my number. I was looking for a small reimbursement back of the full amount. Now I would like the full amount back because they broke our contract

    Happy new year
    We are a small transportation company with 5 cars and 1 sprinter van. Covid was very difficult on our business and we were just starting to get back on track . This is our drivers livelihood. They support their families by driving with us, therefore every ***** counts.
    ********************* original request was for 8 people.Our sprinter van has more then enough room for that amount, as it can accommodate **** comfortably. Attached you will find her original request. When the driver arrived, there were 14 people. We were unaware and unable to accommodate the increase in passengers . We are not allowed to have more passengers in any vehicle then legally required. For everyones safety, we would not take the additional passengers in the van, so they took an uber. The driver did offered to make 2 trips, dividing the group up and taking each group separately, but they refused. 
    As far as the driver arriving late, there was an accident created a lot of traffic. Although we prepare for this, we can not predict the amount of time of a delay.  All of our drivers are well aware and trained to communicate directly with a client in these types of situations.The driver was in communication with them the whole time. She was aware of his arrival time. Attached you will find the texted message between the driver ***** and the ****** , I think her father.                              
    She has already put in a dispute with her credit card company, which she lost. During this time she called our office multiple times a day, from different phone numbers, which is boarder line harassment, yelling and demanding us to talk to her and refund her money. I would suggest for her to contact her credit card company if she had any issues. She would then keep on calling. We are running a well-established and respected business and we found this very distracting. She then proceeded to trash the company, my office manager and me on social media, using our names to personally attack us, which is completely illegal. When she originally came to us with her issue, I offered her a complimentary ride, she told me she would never use our company again, is going to dispute the charges and hung up. She did not give us the opportunity to make it better.  We are very fair and would never take advantage of any client. We pride ourselves on trust and loyalty.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    Multiple emails were sent to the business prior before the credit card dispute was launched. All went un answered, it was not until I launched the credit card dispute, I was offered a free ride. All which was done via email, not over the phone. Once the dispute was launched I was contacted by ***** in their other office on asking why I was  disputing & explained, She told me ****** would be calling me. A month later ****** never called me. By this time I was told by my credit card company to work with the business, I left multiple messages with ***** and she apologized and said she had no idea why ****** never called back. I left multiple messages with the business. Never spoke to anyone & they blocked my number. And every number I then called from would get sentence out , My name , they hung up and blocked me. As for leaving bad reviews, with your first name.. you answer the phone with your first name. " If it was a positive review I am sure they would have been no issues, but this is an unprofessional company, & consumers have every right to know who they're going to be dealing with and who they're going to be giving their money too. All you had to do has a business was say we're sorry we broke your contract let me refund you partial amount. How they thought a free ride with make it all better is beyond me.
