    I Participated in a 3 month study June, July, and August 2024 for the amount of $375. Every month I had to upload personal information and pictures to an app regarding my monthly cycle. I did this for 3 month and completed the study. At the end of the study they told me I would be paid 8 weeks from October 4th when the project would be finalized. Last week I get an email that I will not get paid because I did not complete the study. To say I was shocked is an understatement because I know and they know I did complete it. If you were not compliant the recruiters were quick to remind you the surveys were due. When I explained to the recruiter that this is wrong and disengenous one their end all they had to say was "the client said they did not get the data" and nothing they can do about it.I sacrificed significant time and effort to complete this study which took away from my personal and professional commitments. Not only are they keeping my data and personal information but they have the audacity to say nothing can be done. The companys failure to pay what is rightfully owed is both unethical and in breach of our agreement. If I do not receive payment by the end of the week, I will be taking action through small claims court to resolve this matter.

    I was recruited to complete a THREE MONTH LONG market research project. I completed the project entirely for three full months, which was hours of work cumulatively. I never skipped a log or survey. The study concluded in August 2024 and I reached out repeatedly asking about the promised compensation. I received no response. On November ******* | received an email stating I would not be paid a ***** because I didn't complete the project which is a blatant lie. I am seeking the compensation I was promised because it cannot be legal to promise to pay someone for their work and then when it comes time to pay, refuse. I did complete all tasks required. ALL tasks. It is not fair to withhold payment simply because they "claim" I did not complete it, which again, is untrue. They avoided my calls and emails questioning payment for over three months then decided to randomly email me months later saying there is no payment since l dia not "finish" the THREE MONTH LONG project.Desired settlement: $375 as promised

    On May 21, I sent an email to ****** *******, in response to her email ad about a 2-3 month long paid study. ** ******* stated in the email, compensation for the study will be $375.00. At 9:54 am, on that same day, I recieved a text message from ****** ******* asking me to call her. After answering screening questions, I was told I was eligible to participate.I completed paperwork, I was accepted and confirmed to participate via email on June 6. 2024 I completed the study on August 6. In the letter I received with the test product via mail, I was told to give 6-8 weeks after the study was completed to receive payment. It has been 12 weeks and I have not been paid. When I contacted ** ******* via text to enquire about payment on September 20, I recieved a reply that the number had message blocking activated. Calls to her number advised the number was "not in service". I attempted to call the phone number provided and was told that is was the wrong number, a different company, and that multiple people where contacting them with the same issue. All my emails have been unanswered as well. I believe this may be a scam company.

    I filled out a pre-qualifying survey with RRU Research for a teacher study. The study would take place on March 7th from 3-4:30P. The incentive for participating is $225 to be received in six weeks. The representative that received my answers is named *******. She replied to set up a call in order to go over my answers provided in the screen survey. We discussed the details of the survey and verified the amount of the incentive as well as when it would be received. I completed the survey on March 7th and waited the six weeks. On April 18, I reached out to ******* regarding the incentive and was directed to an incentives email address in order to request an ETA for the $225 promised to myself as well as all participants. There was no response. I sent out three attempts to reach someone, called the RRU Research office and left a voicemail. I reached back out to ******* via email and phone leaving a voicemail with no response. I am seeking the incentive promised to me for my time participating in the study on March 7th.

    I was recruited and participated in a market research project with ************ on March 22, 2023 at 1pm CST on the topic of "Online Content Sharing". I provided my opinions, personal experiences, and feedback on marketing materials. The online meeting lasted for 2 hours. I took time off of work to attend the meeting. The reason why I am reaching out is I have not received my incentive of $300.00 for the project. ************ has not honored the terms in the attached confirmation letter by paying in 6-8 weeks. I have sent several emails and left voicemails for ************ They have not responded. I have spent hours following up on this.
