      Jose was a pleasure to have in my home. He found the problem and gave me a few alternatives to choose from at a variety of price points. He was helpful in explaining everything about my damaged part. He could have ordered the part and fixed it the next day. At my request we chose a later date. I was very satisfied with the outcome of Jose's visit. I look forward to him finishing the job.

      Chris repaired the dryer and then checked the belt to check for any wear that may need attention. I would definitely contact Register Appliance for any future appliance repair needs.

      I’ve used Register on a couple of occasions and found them to responsive, knowledgeable and fair. The techs are honest in their assessment of whether an appliance is worth repairing (money in their pocket) or if you are better off replacing it (money in someone else’s pocket). I have recommended Register to others and will continue to use them myself.

      We called Register Appliance to take a look at our ***** dishwasher that had been throwing a code for a week or so.
      Cristian was able to quickly diagnose the issue, and explained it in a very helpful, straight-forward way. He was very friendly, and easy to talk with.
      We were concerned about our recently installed hardwood floors getting damaged when the dishwasher was removed for him to inspect, but he was extremely careful removing it from under the counter, and put it back just the way it was with no mess at all left behind. He even insisted on putting the booties on his shoes every time he came in from outside even though I told him not to worry about it since I was planning to mop.
      The quote for our repair seemed reasonable for what the issue was, but given the age of the dishwasher we opted to just get it replaced. Cristian gave me absolutely no pressure for us to have it fixed even though it would have made more money for the company, and he completely understood our decision.
      We will definitely call Register Appliance again for any future repairs. Thank you!

      Tina was extremely knowledgeable. I needed a stove burner fixed. She found the problem and fixed it in a matter of minutes. She was also very courteous and respectful. I highly recommend Register Appliance Service. Will use again.
