    I don’t even know where to begin about the caliber of person that Phil is. I purchased a patio door from, I believe Phil’s father about 25 years ago. I began to have problems with it about 1 year ago. After being unable to get a reply from Patio Enclosure’s national web site or by telephone I called Phil at Patio Solutions mistaking his company as being the area rep for Patio Enclosures. Phil informed me that he was no longer a Patio Enclosures rep but asked what my troubles were and offered his help after explaining my dilemma to him. He mailed me parts at no cost to try to assist me. After realizing that I couldn’t do the repair and was unable to find a contractor that could, on top of acquiring another problem I hesitantly called Phil back. We set a date and time for him to come to my home (which is a 40 mile drive each way from his shop) to look at the problems. At that time, Phil removed my door from its track and installed new ‘door truck wheels’ and jury rigged my latch mechanism until parts I needed to order would be delivered to my home. When the parts came in I called Phil. He scheduled a day and time once again. On that day and time Phil didn’t show up but a work crew from Payio Solutions did. They proceeded to take the door glass completely out of the frame to install the new latch rods that were needed to close and lock the door properly. Phil himself spent about 2 hours working on my door and supplied about $80.00 in parts plus drove 2 hours. His work crew (2 men) spent almost 3 hours working on my door and also drove 2 hours. I waited for a bill for about a month when I didn’t get one I called his office and was told that someone would get back to me. After waiting another 6 months I called Phil again and he told not to worry about it that it’s under warranty. I’m still in Awe! Phil is a solid business man with honor and integrity unmatched by any business person I know of in todays society. Thank you Phil, we are deeply appreciative. *** & *** ****
