    I am the Fire Chief with Sheffield Calahaln ********* in **********, **. A sales *** from *** reached out to me around Thanksgiving of 2024 trying to promote their company and asked if they could send samples of their turnout gear wash to us. I advised them that if they wanted to send a free sample they were welcome to do so but before we made a decision to purchase anything in bulk we would like to try the product. Fast forward to mid December 2024 and I receive a $1200+ invoice for products I did not order or receive. I contacted the company and they advised they would look into the situation and call me back. No response was ever received. The product from the invoice was delivered a couple of weeks later(again this was not ordered). I have now tried to get in touch with the company for the last 2 months to advise them again I did not order or intend to pay for the product and schedule a time for them to come and retrieve their product. Upon investigating multiple other fire departments nationwide have had similar issues as we have.

    In Oct of 2024 a delivery of (4) 5 gallon jugs of truck wash was delivered to the fire station. There was no order for this product. I called GVC industries on Nov 5th to GVC industries inquiring about why this was shipped to us. The gentleman said he would look into it. A week later we received an invoice for $1228.77. I contacted the company again in December and inquired about the order and invoice. I have received three callbacks from the company. They claim the product was ordered by us. The person they state is someone who is not authorized to order the product. The shipping address is not an address where we receive any shipments. In discussions with ***** at GVC Ind when she calls back, her claims of people who ordered the product and addresses are from the internet and not our accurate business information. The information she states is actually >8 yrs ago. Each time she calls she has no memory of the previous discussion we have had and insists we pay for the product. We refuse as we did not order this product. She then requested we ship the product back at our cost. We did not order any of this product and will not be paying for the return shipment either. They refuse to send a pickup of the product as well. This appears to be a scam by the company picking out small fire depts and shipping product to them without any order or authorization.

    I am the Chief of the ************************************ We serve a small town of ***** people with a fully volunteer fire department. In October 2024 we received a shipment of 20 gallons (4 5-gallon buckets) of a product called "Formula H-T-O" from GVC Industries LLC at the total price of $1,228.77. The address to which the product was shipped is actually a vacant field next to our fire station. It is not an address which any of us would ever have used if we had ordered ************ no time did we ever order this product or contact this business for any reason. The product is intended to be used in a machine that we do not possess. Members of the department have attempted to contact the business to have the product returned at their cost (shipping is listed on the invoice at $229.77), to no avail. Since that time both I and the town clerk's office have received multiple phone calls from an "Unknown" number seeking payment for the invoice.All we want is for the product to be returned at the sender's cost and for them to leave us alone.

    I am the President of ***************************** we received a bill from this company in the amount of ******** on May ******* for an unknown reason. Contact was made to the company claiming ***** ****** ******* placed an order with this company. Speaking with the Chief he placed no such order nor did our fire house receive any product from them. Nor do we want any product. Someone from the company keeps calling the station requesting payment. They have been told several times no one from this firehouse ordered anything from them. Now they are calling our *************** still trying to collect this payment. The township nor the ************ will make any kind of payment for product we never ordered or ever received. If this harassment continues the Township Solicitor will take action in this matter.

    GVC sent without authorization, 6, 6 gallon buckets of wash and tire shine to the fire department I am the chief of totaling $5,309.18. This was not ordered, or requested, just showed up via freight one day, and the bill the next day.

    6/21/24 Fire Chief ******* requested a catalogue from GVC Industries LLC (***************** ***** *************), salesperson *********************. The City of ******, ***** received a shipment (invoice #**** totaling $1,228.77) of 4 Flame Tamer #**** 5gallon pails and no catalogue. Upon refusing the order, we were told we would have to pay the shipping fees ($229.77) to return for a credit.

    Date of invoice 08/08/2023 - * individual called fire chief and asked what product line we would be interested in and they would send a catalog in the mail.* shortly later we receive qty 3 - 5 gallon pails of truck wash via *** * last week received a bill for the material and they are charging $249.75/each with ****** for shipping and handling.*no catalog was recieved by our FD *product has not been used *Fire Cheif called the # on the invoice and explained what happened. he told them to have it picked up. "***" said he would have it picked up and hung up the call before anything else could be said.
