    I was scheduled to receive a car detailing this morning at 8am (10/28/22). I arranged this several weeks ago, & had tried to contact them to see if I would be able to leave my car there the night before, as they told me I had to leave my car there & get a ride. They never responded. There was no one there when I arrived there at 7:50 this morning, & no one arrived by the time I left at 8:45, leaving my car there. I had tried several times while I waited with my friend, & attempted to text them @************* which was a land line, so the text wouldn't go through. I received only messages saying they would get back to me within 24 hours- the same message I received when I left earlier messages & got no response. I returned at 11:45, still finding no one there, left yet another message, & took my car. This was a huge inconvenience for my friend, as well as myself.

    We had a medial emergency in which I had a surgery scheduled. WE left 2 VM and no response and followed up with an text message Wednesday, October 19 Detail Johnny LLC (Detail Johnny) 6:23 PM Hi ****, John with Detail Johnny's. We have to reschedule your detail for Oct 28th. I wont be available that day. Let me what other days works for you and we'll get you in and done. Sorry about that. - John No response received from **** .
