    On April 8, 2023, I signed a contract and paid a deposit of $1400 to Garron M***** of Fashions Concrete and Home Decor. He agreed to trim trees and replace a garage roof at *** ********* **** ************ ** *****. He never re-appeared, made several excuses by Instant Messenger, but did no work. I have requested return of my deposit, but received no response.

    I hired this company to put in a 9x22 stamped concrete entryway for me. Owner agreed to the job, then didn’t return my calls for a week and then said he was coming the next day to pour the concrete (which, per our agreement, I had paid someone else to dig out and frame). Showed up during a torrential downpour, attached a tarp to my house to “protect the concrete” and attempted to pour and stamp the patio. He had to run out and said he would come back the next day to fix the concrete and clean up the massive mess he made of my home, which I had recently power washed and painted. 4 days later and the guy won’t even return a message on his phone or social media. Spent 4 hours and still unable to clean the concrete and paint splatters off my white parged foundation or my home. The concrete, due to being poured in the rain, washed out on one side, causing water to pool near my foundation, which will inevitably crack my foundation if I don’t have the entire pad jackhammered out and re-done. On top of that, the edges are unfished, the cuts were never done, the framing never removed, and the color and stamping work looks like someone took a can of grey paint and slathered it over unfinished concrete.

    March 19th of this year I gave a deposit of $300 and signed a contract and Garron Murray also signed contract to rebuild my steps. Twice we had an appointment with the code officer to get permit. Both times he was a no show and he stopped returning my texts and would not answer my phone calls. Because I had filed 2 complaints with the BBB online band heard nothing from BBB , I had a lawyer send him a letter requesting return of my money. The letter was returned as undeliverable. He evidently moved and left no forwarding address. I am an 81 year old widow and I think he just decided to take advantage of me. I probably will never get my money back but hope it will prevent him doing it again. I found out when filing the earlier complaints that I was not the first person he had done this to. I had hired him because he was on our community web site and his reviews seemed ok. I just didn’t check enough reviews.
