      I mailed my ***** Deck to United Radio for a button board replacement December 26th, UR received it Jan 7th. It was over a week later they called me asking for payment, and acknowledging they had gotten my device. Jan 27th I got an email with an estimate for my repairs. This is already well past the 7-9 day turnaround I was given by *****. Feb8th I finally decided to reach out to UR after giving them plenty of time to carry out their process, because I noticed that the timeline they finally gave me would have the device back to me too late if they shipped it ground, taking a week to arrive. So I asked them if I could pay out of pocket to have the device overnight shipped back to me, giving plenty of time for me to receive the package myself to go on a trip I had planned. Their response ignored that question and got me nowhere. So the next day I called. The women on the phone was very nice, and told me she would ask the Salt Lake team whom had my device to expedite the process and ship it out asap. While they did ship it the next day, they did not tell me that they did, and I had to ask ***** Support what was going on with my device, and to my surprise it was in the UPS system already Ground Shipping. Even though I had asked 3 times now for them to overnight it to me at my cost. It was not until I called on Feb 14th when it was already too late, where they offered to have it shipped back to them in Salt Lake city, so they could hold the device and overnight ship it to me when I got back. All of this stress could have been avoided if they had even just directly answered my request with a "No". But instead I was left guessing for days of my question being danced around where I found out it was too late. So now I'm going to have to have someone else pickup for me while I am gone, and hope it doesn't get stolen in the meantime. If you have the option, and don't want 8-9 week turnaround for a very simple repair I would recommend using United Radio for anything.

      I have a 1995 ***** ***** that the power amp which is a ********** which stop working. I called united radio
      @5705 enterpriser pkwy, east syracuse ny. I talked to a rep. that after looking on her computer told me yes they could fix it. I sent the amp to them that cost me $37.00. after two weeks not hearing anything from the company I called them. At first I was told that they hadnt received, and they dont have it. Finally she yes she would check into it. I got a call later that day that she found it and it had been sent back which cost me another $19.00. I guess I made the mistake of going to *** ******** which they do ***. They got it and they dont keep good records cause they were just going to send it back to united audio. Luckily I called them before and went and got it.
      I paid $56.00 for nothing. I never got any call from them for anything. If I was you dont bother with united audio. I would leave a zero rating but it wouldnt let me
