    I purchased a new garage door from Precision Garage Door on October 9, 2024. I was told at the time of purchase the door would take 6-8 weeks to be delivered. Upon the 8th week, I contacted the business and was told the door was on back order and that it would be another 2-3 weeks. After another 3 weeks, I again contacted the business and was told it would be at least another 2 weeks. On January 21, 2025, I contacted the business and asked for a manager to contact me. He told me my door would be delivered to their company on January 22, 2025, and I would receive a call that day to set up installation. I did not receive that phone call and when I attempted to call them during their normal business hours no one answered.

    Sorry we missed your the call on the 22nd. We have no control over when the doors are delivered. The average expected time is 4-6 weeks, but we can't guarantee it, sometimes it's longer. This is schedule for installation 1/29/25. We apologize for the inconvenience and look forward to making this a pleasurable experience.
