    I entered into a Contract with A&E in 2017 for UNLIMITED visits for a tattoo removal service by laser surgery, I paid $8,000.00 dollars, partially in cash and the rest with credit care credit which i paid off within the year!
    A &E are not giving full results as I feel their equipment is not powerful enough. During my last visit which was 9/21/2022 at 10:15 am., the receptionist put me in the consult room at which time a guy named Michael **** entered the room and said he owns this Business now and he has nothing to do with A&E and my contract is terminated/expired. Please note that there are NO changes to the outside of the building, there are no changes to the inside of the building, I never received any correspondence, no email, no text and regarding any changes that this guy has stated. He said he never entered into a contract with me. He said he will no longer do business with me unless I pay for it.
    I already paid for a tattoo removal but have still have parts of the tattoo that are clearly visible.

    On 5/31/2017 **** ********* payed $8,000 to Joe F***** (owner of A&E)  for 12 treatments of tattoo removal. Her 12th treatment was done on 11/30/2018. According to **** Joe F***** told her she can get more treatments at no charge. In October of 2020 I conducted an Asset Acquisition, which is to say I bought  his equipment not his clientele or his liabilities, and Joe F***** closed his business.      Lisa went on to receive 8 more treatments, at no charge,  since F***** has left.   **** has never done a business transaction with me or my business. This was an error when we transferred over to our new patient software system - **** would have been removed on 10/1/2020 and should not have received any further treatments without payment . If anything - I have the right to bill Lisa for the 8 treatments she received here without payment .  Mike P***

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Ba advised I have attached the contact which states unlimited visits with A&E.  It also does NOT state exactly who the owner was at the time.  So trying to finger point blame is very unprofessional.   Also be advised that I was an existing patient was never notified of any owner transfer or buyout and I would like to restate that I did business with A&E!  And this “new” owner is still conducting business under the same name who I signed the contract with! i also would like to add that during the Covid pandemic, A&E we’re closed from April 2020 until the 6/2020.   please review the contract and advise.

    The statement that “new owner is conducting business under the same name” is false.  As I have explained to ****, I did not buy the former ownersbusiness - A&E SNY Surgery Center, I conducted an Asset Acquisition, which is to say I bought his assets not his clientele or past liabilities.**** can not provide a legal contract for services with me or my business because there is no such contract.     I am not responsible for the ownerof A&E SNY Surgery Center’s correspondence to his clients.I will state again; I provided several treatments for **** at no chargedespite having no legal obligation to treat her
