    I paid $1688.27
    I got the water heater warranty whole covered. He mentioned to me the other day.
    Only he'll charge to us his labor for a couple hours.
    I got the free machine from the ******.
    Why I paid so much money like that. I feel like he over charged his labors and parts.
    The brand new machine price is around $1500. I paid only replaced almost $1700?
    I don't think that was something wrong.
    I just want to find out this situation is normal for other customers.
    Thank you please help me out this situation.

    youre program docent accept my photos but I can send screen shots and photos if needed My rates were clearly discussed prior to arrival and several times after. My first visit was a diagnostic for the unit payable upon completion.  with my extensive training with ****** has saved my customers thousands. a typical tankles since it's 5 to 7000. Diagnostics took about an hour after that ****** completely warranted this customers unit however they do not cover my time for replacements or any additional upgrades. ****** stated and I have the screenshot to show this that they wanted me to change the vent, the condensate, and a couple other smaller items. I had told the customer that it would take approximately 3 to 4 hours plus or minus for the new install and any additional parts. . I also told the person that was there with me several times that we are 325 an hour billed in quarter hours We also got **** ******** on the phone before I left and explained to him the same pricing all were in agreement. I do have some photos of the previous unit and the new one. As well as screenshots of conversations of what needed to be done. Again, I was at that unit completely covered for free for the customer. As always, I how to give my customers, a fair price, quality installation, and professional installation. My rates are always discussed at first prior to even arriving at the job. Oh, tankless units are expensive I go above and beyond to try to save my customers money, most companies in this area will just replace the whole unit and charge the full 7000 instead of taking an hour to try to save the customer money. We do not do that here.My rates are currently but subject to change 325 an hour building quarter hours. Service call / diagnostic fees, 325 covers the first hour. We also have different packages which usually saves the customer a little bit more money into such as water heater install package faucet or toilet install package which way is the service fee.
