My husband called me while I was out about the electric people at our house. I assumed it was them annoying people no one likes to talk to but instead I was met with a nice gentleman named Peter in black river new york. He took his time to figure out the details of my bill and made sure I was getting the credit I deserved! He definitely knew what he was talking about and was very informative! He deserves a raise in my opinion! Peter from ptm solar is amazing!

5 starsI just came here to say that Jason Zehr was an absolute delight! He was extremely thorough in his explanation of the solar program and the credit I can receive on my national grid bill. Not only was he informative, but handsome and approachable as well. I normally don’t open the door for these door to door guys, as they usually give me bad vibes, but Jason was just so warm and friendly I decided to hear him out, and I’m glad I did. I have had plenty of people come door to door and were either lying or rude but today I had a two gentleman come by so respectful and knowledgeable I actually learned about community solar and how it works and appreciate the representatives Peter and William. I suggest if you don't know anything about community solar give them a chance to explain not all door knockers are scammers.PTM Solar

My home was visited today by two young salespeople claiming to be from PTM Solar. I asked them to leave and told them I wasn't interested. They would NOT take no for an answer. Finally I left my house to tell them to leave. They called me the "n" word and told me to "leave your property and see what happens to you". At this point I did follow them with my camera in hand to attempt to see and document their ID's which they had hidden. After nearly a half hour of their arguing and berating they ended up running away. There is no doubt in my mind that these two represent a scam and furthermore are a menace to society. I do live in a very poor neighborhood and they clearly are attempting to take advantage of the already disadvantaged.PTM Solar

Promises of savings by this solar energy group or groups (PTM and/or *******) has cost me $23.41 more than my National Grid bill for last month (12/2022) alone. No mathematical or detailed explanation has been given for this extra charge, just a nonsensical corporate "copy and paste" or cookie cutter style answer. The email response I received looked like something written by a robot. I don't do phone calls due to a hearing impairment. It is also too easy for people (if you can even talk to one) to lie on the phone. On the back of the PTM business card it is stated, "As a program participant, you receive credits on your electric bill at no cost to you".PTM Solar

Hello we are sorry for your confusion with Arcadia. PTM Solar is hired to help Community Solar companies acquire subscribers onto the local farms built in your area. Arcadia annually guarantees 5% Savings. If you have a recent utility bill I would take a look at if for you. There could be chance the first month you didn’t receive your discount credits and following month it was true up but regardless I completely understand your complaint. Please email us your bill so we can review for you and contact Arcadia if there is any wrong so billing. [email protected] for your time we would like to offer you $50 gift card as well.
