    I prepaid last year for lawn treatment services. I was not happy with the services provided and even called them last spring (2023) to complain. They were definitely aware of my unhappiness with their services. This past fall, I received several prepayment notices in the mail and I just ignored them knowing I would not be utilizing their services again. On May 2nd of this year, I came home to find a lawn treatment had been applied and a bill was given to me. I did not authorize this service. When I called to discuss this with someone, Julia at the office told me that I signed a contract in 2022 that states it is automatically renewed unless I cancel. I made it clear in the Spring of 2023 (I have attached my phone records) when I called that I did not want to use them again but yet here they are! I now have a $75.00 bill that I do not think I should have to pay. Can you please look into this for me? Thank you!

    Please see attached contract signed by consumer, also attached is a reprint of the last invoice left at the consumer's door at the time of application.(Please note highlighted areas that state very clearly that our service continues year to year on the rear of the contract as well as twice on every invoice we leave at the door. Also I will forgive the bill that is due out of kindness.
