      The worst customer service experience Ive ever had in my entire life. Booked an appointment with them, which they cancelled a week after saying the provider couldnt make it. Fine. I then waited for 2 weeks for them to get back to me with their availability on Saturday, since they are only open one Saturday per month, and they dont know the schedule until the month begins. Ok. I waited. Then They eventually scheduled me for that Saturday. The treatment itself was fine, which is why I thought- ok. They made a mistake once but I can give them another chance. So I scheduled another appointment. BIG mistake. They ended up canceling that appointment as well 1 hour (!) before the appointment. Again saying something about the provider couldnt make it. They have a strict cancellation policy if YOU cancel, but when it comes to them they can do whatever they want with no consequences whatsoever. Again I had to wait for a week for them to let me know which Saturday theyll be open in order to reschedule. After all that- they dare to spam my phone with a new treatment they offer and even and followed up (regarding that new treatment) with with another text message asking me if Im interested. When I told them Im definitely not interested in anything else they have to offer and just wanting to get the treatment I booked done (which is proving to be very difficult)- I got a reply back asking if they can call me to discuss and I said sure! But guess what? They never called. Instead- they kept spamming my phone with that new treatment offer AGAIN after I clearly displayed my dissatisfaction with them and their customer service. They even called me to ask me about that new treatment, but NOTHING about how badly their service has been or what they can do to improve my experience. What a joke. STAY AWAY! There are many other medical spas/beauty salons that actually care about their clients. I regret every minute I spent dealing with them. HORRIBLE!
