On the website for ANurseInTheMaking, there is a stipulation that the nursing school bundle must be purchased in order to gain access to all of the online learning tools. Well, before there was an official website, this company was selling the nursing school bundle via ****. I had already purchased the bundle via ****, so I emailed the company all of my order details of my nursing bundle purchase (for $118) so that I could gain access to the online learning tools. The company responded by telling me that they wanted me to re-purchase the newest version of the bundle that they just launched, but instead of purchasing it for $128, I could purchase it at a discount of $95. When I advised the company that I was upset because nowhere on the website did it say I was required to purchase the bundle again before getting access, the company replied that I could re-purchase the ebook version (which I also already have) for $65. The company insists on making me buy the same products for a 2nd time before they will give me access to the online learning materials. This is unfair and it is clear they are trying to take advantage of me financially. If I purchased the bundle, I should be given the full online access.

    Hi *****,

I sincerely apologize for any confusion regarding your access to NurseInTheMaking+. As we discussed via email, access is included with the purchase of *************************** Bundle 2024 Edition or newer. Since your original purchase was from 2022, I offered a discount to upgrade to the edition that includes access.

However, I want to ensure you have the best experience, so I have updated your account to provide you with access to NurseInTheMaking+. Additionally, I have shipped you the newest edition of the spiral-bound format of *************************** Bundle and The ***** Study Notebook at no additional cost.

Your satisfaction is incredibly important to me, and I truly hope this resolves the issue and enhances your experience. Again, I am so sorry for the experience you had, and I am always here to make things right.

    Thank you,
