I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Sky Zone Trampoline Park, located at *********************************, due to unethical and fraudulent business practices that have caused me significant distress and financial loss.On April 30th, 2024, my wife organized a birthday party for our child at Sky Zone Trampoline Park, inviting eight children, including our daughter. My wife, who is not fluent in English, explicitly communicated her intention to purchase single admission tickets for the children. My wife initially paid $51 using her credit card, while the other children paid in cash. However, the staff at ******** misled her into subscribing to the most expensive "Month Elite" plan for all eight children, resulting in an unexpected charge of $390.96 for the month of May.Seven of the invited children reside in ******, which is over an hour away from the ********* location. Due to the distance and the nature of the subscription, we did not visit ******** again after the initial party on April 30th. Despite this, Sky Zone has refused to refund the subscription fees for the second month, despite multiple discussions and our clear lack of use of their services. This incident represents a clear case of fraud and unethical conduct, as my wife was deceived into purchasing a subscription she did not want or need. The deceptive practices employed by the staff are unacceptable and have caused us undue financial strain. My wife did not believe she had subscribed to any service, but Sky Zone charged us $390.96 for a subscription in the second month.I request that the Better Business Bureau intervene in this matter to ensure that Sky Zone Trampoline Park refunds the subscription fees for the unused second month. I believe that I should not be required to pay for services that were not rendered or utilized, and I seek your assistance in resolving this matter.Thank you for your attention to this complaint. I look forward to a prompt resolution.Sincerely

My wife, ***************************, signed up for a Sky **** membership this past summer for our two sons. We canceled in person in August at the Edgewood location. On September 29th I was charged $80.36 for the two memberships. I reached out to customer service and they said they did not have a record of the cancelation. They advised that they would provide two free months as compensation after the paid month was over. I went yesterday with one of my sons. They told me they did not have a record of our membership or our free months. I presented the email from corporate showing the 2 free months and the let us in. I woke up this morning to a charge of $40.18, which is the charge for 1 child membership. I reached out to corporate yesterday about the location not having a record of our membership and again today about the charges.I am seeking a refund of the $40.18 from November 11th, 2023 and the refund of $80.36 from September 29th, 2023. The total requested is $120.54.

Hello I have brought my son that is 2 1/2 to your ******** location in *********, ** several times and he was able to have free jump for an hour and a half with no problem I just purchased the socks. Today I promised my son if he was good that we would go to sky zone because he loves it. The person that work there was giving me a problem. Trying to charge me when my son gets to jump for free at his age. Mind you I have a ****** and I cant jump and theyve never made us pay for an adult. So I dont know what the problem is today however, it was an inconvenience for me. And now my son is very upset because he was looking forward to it and had to walk out because I wasnt paying when its supposed to be free under 3. Also want to know if theres anything that you can do for my inconvenience.
