      Placed order #******* on 2/14 for a total amount of $100.44 The order was supposedly delivered by ****, but it was nowhere to be found. I gave the order about 10 days to show up, but it still didnt. I reached out to Scent Beauty via email on 3/9/2025 stating I hadnt received the order and had also already re-purchased the items at my local ********, as they were part of a gift basket I was making for a friend, so I requested a refund. On 3/10/2025 the agent that was helping me let me know my refund request was being escalated and I never heard back. On 3/15/2025 I received an unannounced re-shipment of the order, even though, I made it clear that I no longer needed the products. I immediately emailed them again asking to return the products as, once again, I had already told them I had purchased the products locally. They sent me the refund request link, which was of course past the 30-day return window, since I never received the first shipment placed on the 14th of February. I asked the agent to help me with the refund and they told me re-shipments cannot be refunded, when I clearly never stated I wanted or needed the products reshipped. I need to be able to return the products for my money back!

      I ordered from this company in December and was disappointed with the product. I submitted a request for a return, and it took two weeks just to receive a return label. Once I finally sent the item back, tracking confirmed they received it on February 3rd. I reached out to let them know and asked about my refund no response.I followed up two weeks later and finally got a vague, unhelpful reply that didnt address my question. Ive since sent five emails asking about my refund, and now theyve completely stopped responding.Theres no phone number to contact anyone, and at this point, I genuinely believe Ive been scammed. Terrible customer service I would not recommend ordering from this company.

      My daughter ordered perfume for a friend from scent beauty. Her friend already had the perfume so she wanted to return it. She filed a request and got a standard we will get back to you in 3-5 days response.They did not get back to her on how to return the item. We filed again and then I filed another request on my own. Still no answer from them about how to return the item! I believe that the will wait the 30 days to respond so that we are unable to return the product.Such a scam! On top of the fact that they never responded to my email, they sent me a satisfaction survey on how their service was!!Ridiculous

      At this time, I have been contacted directly by Scent Beauty regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

      The business provided up with a way to return the item, the item was returned February 25th and they have not given us credit card reimbursement yet. We are waiting for the refund, but do not think the company will give it to us.

      Attached is the proof that the package was delivered and arrived at the warehouse

      I purchased the Me espresso ************* on December 8th, 2024 for a total of $72.44 after taxes and fees. I emailed them on January 5th, ************************************************************** with a tracking number. I have continuously emailed and even DMed on Instagram with my problems and only have received automated responses from them that are meaningless. Many other customers are also sharing this same issue according to their reviews and other review websites. The tracking number they gave me said it was delivered January 21, 2025. I searched everywhere outside my house and nothing. So I called **** and they gave me a case number. They followed up with me days later and told me the tracking number I had was for someone else 2 miles down the road for me with a completely different item (not a perfume). So Im left here now asking BBB for help because multiple people are being scammed by this company. And I would like my compensation for my order as well. Thank you

      I ordered from this company on December 6, 2024. I paid $230.75 for my products. Their FAQs state they typically ship within 48 hours but can take 5-7 days during busier periods (which I understood with the holidays). About 20 days after I reached out for an update regarding my order. I did not hear from anyone so I reached out a few more times since it was about a month. I then reached out to cancel my order and get a refund since I saw reviews on their website saying they never got their products or it came broken. After almost 2 months since I ordered and someone finally getting back to me about my order with refund they said they wouldn't without giving a reason why. So I never got my order, it was never shipped, and now I cannot get my money back. I noticed that my review, along with some other 1 start reviews, are now gone in terms of not getting their order.

      I made a purchase on December 9th. Return policy states only unopened and undamaged products are returnable up to 30 days from the original purchase date. Returns can only be initiated by emailing customer service. The exact words on their website: Please contact us to submit a return request and a member of our customer care team will reach back to validate and initiate your return. I emailed them multiple times over the course of a couple weeks, attempting to make a return for something that is unopened, undamaged, and was well within the return policy window. On January 8th, exactly 30 days from when I made the purchase, I finally received a response from the customer service with a link to start the return. It is now too late. It is outside of the return window. This was very scammy and intentional. Their site says that customer service representatives are available Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. I also attempted to contact them through the website, along with my emails.

      On December 9th, I ordered a product from Scent Beauty and paid $64.97. I received the product on December 17th and it was a faulty product. I tried contacting support several times, at one point, every day for a week. I then contacted them from a different email of mine. They responded, but once I told them my order information they stopped responding. I have no way to contact the company.
