    I HAD SIGNED A CONTRACT WITH ***** PROPERTY MAINTENANCE TO WORK ON MY HOUSE - *** COMPRISED OF TOTAL PAINT *** TO INSIDE OF THE HOUSE/PLUS ADDITIONAL WORK TO BATHROOM AND BASEMENT. START DATE 11/11/24 NO SHOW CLAIMED HE WAS SICK. CAME IN 11/12/24 WORKED FROM 9AM-11AM STATED HE NEED TO PICK UP SUPPLIES/CAME BACK AT 3PM JUST TO UNLOAD AND COVER THE BEDROOM WITH PLASTIC . WORK WEDNESDAY /THURSDAY 11/13-14/24 FULL DAY AND FRIDAY 11/15/24 LEFT AT NOON TO PICK UP HIS NEW TRUCK. ON MONDAY 11/18/24 CAME AND LEFT AFTER I REQUESTED INFORMATION ABOUT THE PAINT *** ON THE ATTIC TRAP DOOR /HOW HE WOULD HANDLE THE SANDING OF THE OLD PAINT WHICH WAS NOT COMING OFF AND CANNOT BE PAINT ON THE EXISTING SURFACE. ***** BLEW A FIT AND STATED I QUESTIONED HIM. HE PACK UP HIS EQUIPMENTS AND AGREED ON REFUND OF $1000.00ON A DOWN DEPOSIT $4000.00 GIVEN TO HIM AS THE START OF THE *** 10/9/24. HE PROVIDED THE CHECK AND ***** DECIDED TO BOUNCE THE CHECK. SO IN THE END I LOST TOTAL OF $4000.00 WITH MY HOUSE IN TOTAL SHAMBLE. ***** BEFORE LEAVING MY HOME DECIDED NOT TO REPLACE THE BASEMENT ELECTRICAL WIRES WHICH HE HAD STARTED TO WORK ON SECURELY SO THE WIRES ARE EXPOSED AND UNSAFE EVEN THOUGH I HAD ASKED HIM TO MAKE SURE TO SECURE THE ELECTRICAL WIRES SECURELY. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL / DISORGANIZED NEVER BROUGHT THE SUPPLIES THAT I PROVIDED DOWN DEPOSIT TO START THE ***/NOT FOCUS ON HIS *** STATING HE IS A FAMILY MAN AND NEED TO LEAVE EARLY ON THE DAYS HE WORK BUT ALWAYS ARRIVED LATE FOR THE ***... ***** IS A SMOOTH TALKER BUT NOT A WORKER. CONTRACTOR WOULD PLAN WHAT SUPPLIES THEY NEED FOR THE *** EVERY DAY AND WORK TOWARD ENDING THE *** SO THAT THEY RECEIVED THERE FINAL PAYMENTS. NOT *****.. HE WAS JUST LOOKING TO ADD ON MORE ***S TO THE EXISTING CONTRACT AND NO AREAS OF THE *** WAS REMOTELY HALF WAY COMPLETED.. IF I HAD KNOWN HOW HE HANDLE A *** I WOULD NEVER HAD SIGNED HIM ON FOR THE PROJECT..
