    I rented a compact ****** ******* ** from King's Automotive on 9/21/2022 with return date of 9/26/2022. Upon pick-up, the Rv was completely disgusting, reeked of cigarette smoke & required hours for me to clean it before I could even take it on my trip. TPMS light was on & the girl, Megan who worked at the rental site told me to "ignore it, that there was air in the tires." This required me to check the tire numerous times thru the trip to ensure adequate air in the tires. It was pouring rain for the duration of time I had Rv & the cheap, lousy windshield wipers barely cleared the rain off the windshield. When I arrived at my location 3hrs away, hooked up to H2O & used the sink in bathroom, the drain in the bath floor backed up until I had H2O over my ankles! Shower never worked other than dripping it so was unable to use. Monitoring system for the H2O levels also must not be working properly because I dumped the RV on 9/25 in LeRoy, NY. It showed empty then when I dropped off lousy RV, it stated 1/3 full!

    I arrived 9/26/22 at 10:00 am to drop off RV at King's, it had to be returned by 11:00 am. 'Store's' "open" light was on yet no one was there & the door was locked. I called both the business phone # & the "emergency phone number," (owner Don King's cell phone) no one picked up either, so I left a message on both lines. I then called Cruise America to discuss the issue with them. They informed me to lock the unit up, take pics and leave the keys in one of the boxes on the side of the unit. I then called cell number of the owner AGAIN & this time he picked up. He stated to "leave the RV at the store with the keys in the side box on the Rv, everyone has Covid and that he didn't know when he could refund my $500 deposit." These people should NOT even be in business renting the Rvs. I WANT MY CREDIT CARD REFUNDED FOR THE $500 DEPOSIT IMMEDIATELY! I also want some $ credited to my credit card for the train wreck of an RV that I was given!
