    Worst place ever. Scammers for sure. I would have not gone through them had I of known. The police called them . By time it was said and done it was almost 1200 dollars for a tow and storage. There was an hour left in the day when i was towed and they charged me for a full day. It was a 10 mile tow and 8 days storage. Now I see why they are not BBB accredited.

    They are absolute scammers! Charges an exorbitant price to tow my car! They charged me $795 and my insurance company $1100. I believe they committed fraud. The **** ******* Sherriffs contacted them and they were supposed to drop the “storage charges”! The storage charges were because they wouldn’t answer the phone when I called to find out where my car was. They towed my car from an accident in Springville to their lot but it was suppose to go to Delevan, Ny. They said I had to bring in proof of ownership and I’d before my car was released! More charges! I have never dealt with such a dishonest company. I am reporting them to the Attorney General and my local State Representative! Please do not ever use them!
