    Spring/Summer of 2024 - New Roof.
    I had a complete tear off and a new roof installed in July of 2024. My roof is a bit complicated or CUT up as I've been told, Bill was responsive to all my questions and concerns and treated my roof like it was his own. Roofs are not cheap so this was pretty significant dollar amount for me and my family. I stressed to Bill that I needed it done correctly and Bill completely understood my concerns and stood behind his team and his work. He also installed all new gutters!
    So, tearing a roof off is not a small undertaking, it's messy, it's noisy and this simply cannot be helped. However, Bill had at least two people circling my house constantly picking up all the mess. They were careful to not damage any of the landscaping, my wife's flowers... As trivial as that seems, my wife would have been livid.
    Bill's son, his FOREMAN was awesome. I was gone for most of the work on a golf trip but my wife let me know immediately that the foreman was very nice and professional. It eased my mind while I was gone.
    So, I am writing this review and this is the first time I've ever done a review on BBB, but I think it's important to let people know when a good contractor is found. I trusted him and he didn't let me down.
    My new roof looks amazing, and it's held up already in two significant rain/wind events this summer. They also re-roofed my shed and now everything matches on my property and looks amazing!
    I highly recommend Bills Team at Sturm Roofing.
    PS-Always buy your contractors lunch and hydrate them! Small gestures like that go a long way. I got them a sheet pizza and pop.!
