    My name is ************************* on February 12 2023 I had appointment with ***************. I went to Victorias Esthetics and Laser Center on ***** Corona Ave where *************** did Thread lifting on my face,double chin and Botox . *************** call her an aesthetic doctor. I find out about her on Instagram. Her Instagram is dr.************. After the presager she explained to me what I suppose to do. On my double chin she put treads, she put band-aid and she told me to change that band-aid after 5 days, when I changed my band-aid I saw a big scar on my double chin like a hole. I called *************** explaining her whats going on and she told me, dont worry its will take about 3 weeks, after 3 weeks everything will disappear. After 3 weeks I called her again and told her its the same, its didnt disappear, she told me its have to take up to 6 weeks to heal. I told *************** if its not will heal you supposed return my money back, what you charge for my double chin, she told me ok. After a 6 week I called her and was crying, about my double chin its didnt heal, its like a hole on my chin, I feel depressed and low self esteem, I came to you to resolve the issue not to do worser. Please return my money what you charged for double chin. She told me no and blocked me on her phone. I paid to her $3.200 for all face. For double chin she asked me $1.450. I paid her cash, she didnt give me any recite. I ask her for recite, and she told me, they just opened, they dont have a recite book yet. Please help me to resolve this issue . I have to pay now for plastic surgery on my double chin, because I feel not confident. When I went to ****** ********** asked her if she are accredited in ***, she told me yes. I asked her if something will be wrong can you take care of that, the answer was yes.
