    I ordered this merchandise on 11/19/2022 and my credit card was charged and they kept promising delivery however it is now 2/3/2023 and I not received anything and now they wont answer my emails

    I ordered a composter tumbler after I googled compost tumbler and I was tracking the delivery and was told it was delivered in ******! I live in ********! I have no idea how they came to the conclusion that I ordered the composter to this address but it is absolutely unacceptable! I paid for a product to arrive at my address and I rightfully expect it when it says delivered!     I ordered bike motors three of them and paid with PayPal and got a order number but never got anything and its been five months now and still havent heard anything from them and tried to call and email and still havent got a hold of anyone!

    I received an email from ************* once I placed an order for $61.95 for a battery powered backpack garden sprayer in which they responded with an order # shortly after I placed the order. I have sent them 3 emails since asking for shipping details. They do not respond to the emails and their phone # ************** is not accepting calls. l

    The site is a complete fraud. They took my order and sent a confirmation email stating that they would ship once the payment went through. It has been several days since the payment was made and there has been no correspondence.

    The date of transaction is 8/29/2022. I purchased a OTC **** ultra low profile motorcycle and atv lift with ****lb capacity model number ******** with a price of $64 with free shipping. Order status is paid. Order Id is *****. I received email of order received and funds were taken out the same day but haven't heard anything else like a shipping date. I contacted the company support center by email with no response. I would like a refund of my purchase because I haven't received the product or want to be contacted with the status of my order.Thank you ***************************

    On August 5th, 2022 I ordered a gorilla carts garden dump wagon from ************* for the amount of $61.02. once I paid for my order, I was sent a verification email with the order ID number of ***** and said that the order was paid for and would be shipped soon. Once they said it was shipped, I received an email with the tracking number of ************* which appeared to be a real tracking number. After not receiving the order for quite some time I called the ************* *********** to ask where my package was, and using the tracking number that I was provided in the email, they looked it up and said my address was not on that order and it was not even being sent to a verifiable address. I tried to email the company using the email address that was provided on the confirmation email, but got no answer. I researched reviews for the website and found out it was a scam. I tried calling the phone number that was given and it was not in service, and the company address that was posted online was not an address to any company, only an apartment building. I would like to try to get a refund for my money, and get their website taken down so no one else gets scammed.

    Ordered on July 2, 2022.. Credit Card billed July 24, 2022. total billed: $85.58, $70.58 product, $15.00 shipping. I purchased a Toro self propelled gas lawn mower. Model # NO188378. The order stated that it would arrive 10 to 25 days after shipping date. It was shipped on July 26, 2022. I have tried to call several times. The phone message I receive when I call is " Your call did not go through, try again later." I have not heard anything to resolve the situation. The account order # is *****. I never received a tracking number. It has been 31 days since my credit card was billed. Can you help?

    placed order for workbench on 8/12/22 - received email with order # stating that item would be shipped within 3-5 business days and I would receive a tracking number. Still have not received tracking number - emailed them twice with no response. Tried calling their listed # of ************** and get a message "not taking calls at this time". ****** they are out of ** but the phone's prefix of 253 is King ******* ** prefix. I want a refund so that I can purchase workbench *********.
