    My complaint with Literary Bookworm, LLC is that they did not honor their agreement which was the cost of the rebranding, republication, marketing, Endorsement, Distribution, and Authors interview. Since I signed nine months ago there was little work done on editing, and I was emailed an incomplete layout of my manuscript.All together I've gotten three layouts back for me to approve the corrections, the last two I received was because they couldn't make the right corrections the first time. The final layout of the manuscript which they sent me for approval, I gave them the okay to publish it after they made whatever changes that needed to be made. It's been over Aug 14th since I last been contacted, and usually I would have to contact them first to get an update.In the last two emails they sent me, I was told quote: "You can expect to see your book listed with the online booksellers sometime in the next 1-2 weeks. Should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me." I also haven't seen my book online anywhere nor heard from them since, they took my money and disappeared. When I call either the literary agent or the production Fulfillment Manager, I always get nothing. And when I email them, time and again, I get no response.I would like to get my money back and end my relationship with them.
