    The amount of times I have been late to or had to miss things such as medical appointments, school, work, because of the inability of this company to stick to a schedule is absolutely insane. Just this morning 5/1/24 I went out to my stop at the time the bus is supposed to be at the stop before mine, I figured that was plenty of time, I ended up standing there for 30 minutes before I saw the bus going in the opposite direction, meaning it had passed my destination before I even got there, putting the bus between 15-25 minutes ahead of schedule. This is a consistent problem with this company particularly on the Erwin bus in Corning. I have made numerous attempts to contact the company and figure out the issue and I am always met with hostility, one time the operator went as far as to tell me I “shouldn’t be relying on public transportation to get to work”. First of all I am severely handicapped and cannot drive so that’s discrimination, second I’m just wondering what else it’s there for then? I’m not sure how people are supposed to get anywhere they need to be with this company operating the way it does, but I will not stop making complaints until something gets done. I pay way to much money to them for them to be and incompetent in simple tasks as they are.

    Good Afternoon, Brandon informed me of your conversation this morning and forwarded over to me the complaint you received.  Though we do take all complaints and allegations seriously we do need more information so we can complete our investigation.  I understand this event took place on May 1st from the letter but we would need a more specific time that it occurred as well as a name or better description of who the individual spoke with that allegedly said that to him.  Once we have more information and can complete the investigation we would be able to provide a fuller statement.  Also, where does the disputed amount of $85 come from?  Is that an arbitrary figure or was that actual money spent by the complainant? Thanks,
