    I pd for my services the day they were completed. My ***** PPO paid this office for services as per their contract with this doc office. The payment is what was agreed to per contract. The office was paid a certain amount by ***** based on my plan. I was not to pay anything higher than this amount. With my share deducted from what I pd for services, they owe me 1021.50. Do not pay this office when services are complete. Wait until the insurance tells you what your share will be. The office will stall, hang up on you and be just plain rude about it. Good luck with them. That being said, Dr. Waite is a great doc. He is kind and caring on his part of the exam process. It's the rest of the practice that is the problem. 2 weeks later: still says they are in arbitration and will not talk to insurance or myself. Fact: Arbitration is between 2 parties to tell their side and another decide the outcome. I was never told about this or consented to one, which of course I would. He cannot be in arbitration himself. This is just a stall tactic. Beware.
