      I pledge over $300 on *********** for rainbow 6 siege board game and then an additional amount which was roughly $50 for a shipping . It's been over 2 years and I still haven't received my game nor a refund . Mythic refuses to answer emails or offer a refund. I just want my game or a full refund.

      I backed ***, a board game, through ***********.
      This company repeatedly reported the game as done, or nearly. (See photo included feb. 2022)

      The company has now sold the rights to this and another game to another company (****). The backing recieved by the company on these 2 games amounted to 3.2 million dollars, not including shipping and pledge upgrades. This amount also does not include proceeds from sale to ****.

      I desire immediate full refund for product and shipping due to thier broken contract to deliver said game and according to thier posted refund policy on ***********. (See included photo).

      I have sent several email for over a year now to Mythic games about a refund for **************** Board Game. the only response i get from them is an automated email saying I will get a response in 5 to 10 business days. there is never any follow up and they ignore all attempts to contact them.

      they stated the offered refunds on the website ( I coped and pasted below what is stated on the website)
      "Refunds
      We have a no-questions-asked refund policy.
      All pledges can be refunded in full up to 14 days after the end of the *********** campaign. In addition, if any part of your order cannot be delivered, then we will reimburse you the full cost of this component regardless of the date.
      If you apply for a refund more than 14 days after the end of the ***********, we will only be able to refund 85% of it. The difference is the amount of the unrecoverable fees paid to process your order.
      Once we have started to process and pack your order, refunds will no longer be available.
      Refunds within the first 14 days are returned via ****** to the credit card you used to pledge originally. Any refunds requested after the 14-day period may be processed via ****** or returned via ****** or your credit card. This project is being funded in USD and any refunds processed will also be in USD.
      If these terms are not acceptable to you, then we suggest that you do not participate in this crowdfunding campaign. Thank you for your understanding."

      they have stated that they are working on other projects and do not know if or when they will get back to fulfilling there orders for **************** Board Game.

      I would like to get my $584 that they took for fulfillment and get it refunded, since they seem to have know plans to fulfill there side of the agreement.

      A part of my backing of this campaign is that it has stated as 'Kickstarter Only', the 'Issue' for me is that that this now appearing in retail stores even though it is explicitly stated that is will not appear in retail stores. This is an misrepresentation of intent to gain more money in the campaign.

      I have not gotten a response in over 5 months about damages to a *********** while they are still pushing out ***********
