    On January 16, **** Alicia agreed to complete digital services for my company. She stated they would take two weeks. A month later nothing shes done is completed. I told her I wanted my deposit back. She said if she gives me my deposit she cant provide me with whatever she completed from my website. I agreed that she could provide me with the semi-completed website. She agreed. To date, after sending several emails and phone calls/text, my website is still not accessible. She is not returning my phone calls or my emails for a full refund.

    I have sent a 50% refund as discussed for the work that I completed. In my correspondence with *************** stated that the work that she initially asked for was much more than I had initially thought, timing wise. Instead of a one-page portfolio like I thought, it ended up being an entire multi-page website that I had to design. I completed powerpoint presentations, as well as an ebook design for her included with the deposit she sent me. I sent her back $75 which is 50% of her deposit, as well as access to all of the work that I have already completed.

    I am unable to make any changes to the domain because I transferred ownership to you. I had requested the ****** site to be matched to that domain already. If it still isn't working, the new marketing person that you are working with can take a look!
