  Doodyman To The Rescue, **** provided the following services to the homeowner's property on 3/8/24, 3/11/24, and 4/5/24:-TO CALL MARKOUTS 811 TO MARK ALL *************** ON THE PROPERTY FOR SAFE DIGGING -TO BREAK AND REMOVE THE CONCRETE LOCATED IN THE DRIVEWAY -TO EVACAVATE THE DRIVEWAY -TO SUPPLY AND INSTALL 2 6' ROUND CESSPOOL RINGS IN THE DRIVEWAY -TO PUMP AND FILL CESSPOOLS LOCATED IN THE REAR OF THE PROPERTY -TO REROUTE THE ***** LINE IN THE CRAWL SPACE TO CONNECT TO NEW CESSPOOL -CONCRETE RESTORATIONS INCLUDED Contract was signed on 1/25/24. Payment of $11,000 cash was made in full on 2/23/24, prior to work being completed.Doodyman did not fill rear cesspool on 3/8/24 and cracked the concrete above cesspool, causing damage and sinking of concrete. Doodyman returned on 3/11/24 to fill cesspools with sand and did not perform settling, resulting in additional damage.Homeowners made numerous phone calls to Doodyman to discuss damage, asking to speak to the owner, but did not receive any response from the owner. As such, homeowners alerted Doodyman of damage through email on 3/19/24. On 4/4/24, Doodyman measured back patio and stated intentions to repair damaged concrete. Doodyman later denied responsibility for damages and requested additional payment to repair. Homeowner has been unable to use and access rear property since.Doodyman returned on 4/5/24 to pave driveway. Doodyman did not frame concrete, use mesh, or pitch concrete away from home. Due to lack of pitching, water pools in several areas of driveway, including a large pool along foundation of home. Concrete lines are crooked, decreasing value of home. Doodyman damaged neighbors concrete slab and splashed concrete onto homeowner's and neighbors homes. Doodyman repaired neighbors concrete slab without framing.Homeowner made numerous phone calls and sent emails alerting Doodyman of the issues with the driveway, but Doodyman denied any responsibility to repair work.Relevant photos attached.

  On October 25, 2024 the Steiners commenced an action in the Nassau County District Court, Hempstead seeking damages for work performed at the Steiners' home by Doodyman To The Rescue, Inc. in March 2024. That action was settled in Court on January 30, 2025, all issues were resolved and  the settlement has been paid in full.

  My client's settlement of the action was strictly a business decision and there was no admission of liability by my client.
