    No customer service or accountability. Sold me (14) 3" landscape grates. They do not fit as advertised or look like small online picture. They only fit 1/4-1/3rd of the way into the drains and sit ****" high. This will destroy lawn mowers and injure workers.Then they had the nerve to expect me to pay a restocking fee and shipping both ways... leaving me with 47 cents from my purchase price of $51.64.They are total crooks, and do not take responsibility for mis-advertising their products.They should send me a return label and refund me fully or send me what was advertised... 3" grates... not 3 step grates that you need to cut up your drain system for to lower them ****" into the soil and then glue them in... because they fall out.
