    This contractor quoted us for a concrete project of which we agreed to. The contractor asked for 1/4 of the project cost up front. The money was given to the contractor but the project was never started. He delayed the project weekly for 6 weeks and finally admitted he was unable to do the project but will not return the money. several demands and deadlines were given to him of which he never met. Now he ignores our demands.

    I was quoted having my driveway paved back in March. After 4 months of waiting and the differnt excuses why they couldn't show up on the scheduled time the driveway was finally done. The estimate was for it to be graded and leveled with 3 inches of asphalt. Upon completion there was at most 2 inches or less of asphalt and now am getting water in the garage on heavy rain due to it not being level. There are alot of high and low spots in the driveway and some parts that are less than an inch of asphalt. Job was done and paid for back in August '22. I've reached out to the company and they said they would come back and redo the job. After 2 months of back and forth conversations and excuses the driveway still hasn't been fixed. It's now late October and I have not heard back from them in at least 2 weeks.
