    Prime Custom Contracting provided me with a quote and contract for the tearing down of a garage and the build of a new one. He did not have the tools to do the job that he promised to do. He didn't have a truck and had to rent one when needed, he didn't have tools and had to rent those when needed. He barely showed up to do the work, and when he did, he only stayed 1/2 hour to maybe 2 hours at a time. After several weeks of this, and past the due date when he said he would be completed with the job, I realized I had made a huge mistake in hiring someone that should be considered a "handyman" as opposed to a "contractor". This is a man that talks the talk but doesn't walk the walk. He over-promises and under-delivers time and time again, to the point where I asked him to discontinue the work. We mutually agreed that he would return several thousand dollars to me in funds that we had provided him for supplies and partial amount for labor. He agreed but yet did not return the funds. Please be very wary of this business.
