Walked in and was shouted at from an office out of sight. Terrance Blacknell the owner of this company, walked out and rudely asked what time my daughters fingerprints were for. I said "in 10 minutes" he yelled at me "what actual time is your fingerprinting for?" I responded with "5pm... in 10 minutes." then he mumbled something about the correct paper to sign and told me to stop being rude. Which I was not. I said 'Me? You came out here with the attitude, yelling at us from the beginning. Then he said and "Now, your not getting your prints done, BYE, BYE BYE" and kicked us out, My daughter was crying.... This company is a JOKE and the LLC needs to be dissolved. If it even exists to begin with... I can't find any record of the LLC on file with NYS. ... Mr. Blacknell will say that this is "FAKE NEWS" or a lie or that he never did business with my family. trust me it's not the case.. None of this was a lie, If you know me, you know disrespect didn't happen. However, I don't deal with disrespect from people either, no matter who they are, or what security company they work for, or how powerful you think you are. You're NOT. I've read nothing but bad reviews about how bad you treat people Terrance. You can't keep saying that everyone lies and it's "Fake News"... after awhile people are going to start to see through your **. I wonder if ******** knows all of this... Guess what? They will now.

So, the truth of the matter is that you are on camera. If you'd like to tell the truth, this review may upset me, but not in this case. I will not and do not put up with disrespect from anyone and will not allow any of my employees to be disrespected. I will continue to ask customers to leave my office if they need help to conduct themselves appropriately. Plus, your daughter was not crying. Also, please let everyone know your wife called and apologized for your behavior. She asked me to please fingerprint her so she could start work, and I printed her.
