We hired Mark S**** from A-1 Antiques and Estate Sales Inc. in Esperance, NY to handle an estate sale at my sister’s apartment in Latham,NY. She had passed away on July 9th. Mark had given us a blank contract and said to scan it and send it back to him once we signed it. He told us there would be advertising fees, taxes and a 50% commission and a $750 clean out fee.
We also sold Mark an off site storage unit for $400.
When the sale was completed, Mark doubled the fee to $1500 and said we owed him $187.68 and he would not pay us the $400 for the storage unit.
When we told him the contract stated $750 for clean out , he got angry and said we could contact his lawyer and hung up on us.

We feel Mr. S**** owes us the $400 for the storage unit he purchased from us along with the $162.32, which is our portion of the estate sale after all of his fees.

Mr. S**** refuses to pay us anything.

We hope you can help us with this matter.
    Thank you,
    Sincerely,
    ******* *****

Above is the documentation of the sale that we had for the ***** Family member. You will see in the calculations that we paid for the storage unit and we charged them to clean out the apartment. This $1500.00 dollar rate has been our normal charge for a decade + and we normally charge additional for dumping which we did not in this instance.I will gladly provide this info if needed.Mark
