    I would give half a star if I could or no stars even...
    Mike did work for us before Covid and he did fine work, enough so that we got an estimate and hired him to do more work.
    He took half down to replace our cement steps and to do our porch decking and rails. At first he seemed responsive, but later he stopped showing up when he said he would and then stopped following up with us when he missed appointments, we had to call him. He did start our cement steps, then said he needed the other half to finish them, which we gave him and we never saw him again. We even were the ones who took the forms off the steps and he never ever came back to complete them or our porch. Hiring him was a total loss.
    We ended up taking him to court, and he did not show up; which just seems to be who he has become. We have a judgement against him, but will we ever see our money? Time will only tell.
    I say don't use him and avoid Kindt Construction at all cost. Apparently his work was not all that good anyway... We had to get estimates from others for court and they said the steps he started are worth nothing and must be removed. They are not quality.
    We really liked him and I don't like writing this, but I had to. I would hate to think that he would do this to others and perhaps even someone on a fixed income who cant afford the repair in the first place. His work ethic leaves much to be desired.
    Don't waste you time or money on Kindt Construction and/or Michael Kindt; you'll likely not see it or him again.
