      I think this is a terrible company. Signed a contract with them in February 2023 to have a sunroom built on to our home. Construction was to start in July 202* with possibly completion In August 2023. We realize that there are things that may delay construction.
      The room, according to Fitch, was completed on December 2*, 2023. Here we sit with a patio door that won't close, both storm and screen, and a leak in the roof--a year later to the date of it being started. All we want is to have these three items fixed. They keep telling us they will come out when available. They don't return calls. With winter weather approaching, we are very concerned. Water coming in all the time is terrible. Have contacted Channel *, **** * ******, but have not heard back yet. Any suggestions on how to have this taken care of.

      We have had Fitch do 3 projects for us. A basement remodel including mini kitchen. Last year they did a total rip-off and replacement of our Florida room exterior including 3 windows, a door, and siding. Lastly they did a 5x5 vestibule and a custom bench with 2 sliding barn-door doors. They did a great job on all 3, always broom swept each day, and Tracey made a great custom bench.

      Sunroom is beautiful, Ian and Jordan worked continuously until the project was completed. They were organized and conscientious in providing a high quality finished project. Work area was cleaned daily. Pleasure having the two craftsmen at our house daily. Fitch provided materials and tools as needed to keep the project moving to completion. Communication with management could be improved with a little concentrated effort in this area, Overall, very satisfied with the completed project.
