AED & Accessory sales: 30 Day Money Back Return Guarantee on all retail orders. If we have made a mistake with your order, or if you have received damaged or defective merchandise, or if you simply do not like what you have received please call us immediately and we will issue a return authorization number for the order and issue a complete refund for your purchase once the order is returned. Items you wish to return MUST be unused and in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: Items which will not be accepted under this return policy include: Opened or Damaged Electrode Pads, Opened or Used Batteries, Opened Rescue Kits, CPR Masks/Barriers, Emergency Oxygen, etc.
If you wish to return an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) or training unit, the price of opened or used electrode pads and/or batteries which are in non-resalable condition will be deducted from the total refund.Training Refunds: 50% non-refundable payment due when class is scheduled, the remaining due on day of course start date, one this deposit has been received refund for the remaining 50% is gone.
