Keitha and her friend "Dale" are nothing but theives. Keitha has no business credentials, insurance, or sales tax certificate of authority. I had hired her to troubleshoot my 1970 lazy susan. She demanded 200 up front to get what she needed from ***** to fix it. I advised her ***** or **** ***** dont sell stuff that old. Day 2 she was late by 2.5 hours and demanded another 150. I had found the problem with my lazy susan while i was waiting for her tardiness to get here. Then the next day i noticed things missing including a ****** ****** gift card i got for xmas. I filed a PD report, but they would not investigate. they advised small claims. Since this incident, she was arrested on unrelated charges and sits in Monroe County Jail NY pending the outcome of her felony trial . She is probably going to do some prison time. If she gets out soon, save your money and hire someone else!!!

Unprofessional, deceptive, and intimidating. On January 4, 2024 Keitha examined and did a quote to repair a small leak in an upstairs shower stall. The base of the shower stall had a few minor cracks but Keitha said the leak was most likely coming from the plumbing pipes and not the shower stall. Repairs would include replacing leaking pipes and replacing the base of the shower stall, and repairing the damage to ceiling on the first floor below the bathroom. Original verbal estimate for materials and labor was $1498, 10 minutes later a written estimate for $1795 was given to me as price of materials was slightly higher than expected. We agreed to payment schedule 50% deposit down ($950 cash was given to Keitha on January 4, 2024) and 50% when the job is complete. On January 5, 2024 an additional $775 was requested to offset more materials needed. $780 in cash was given to Keitha. She started work on January 5, ceiling below was opened up and plumbing problem was shown - additional $1100 was requested due to electrical problem (that did not exist) - electrical work was not authorized or approved. 1 week later and very little progress was made, yet every day additional money was requested with a story of her rent being overdue. Receipts provided did not line up with materials shown on initial invoice and included her expenses purchasing tools for herself. Total out of pocket expense over $2000 and job is not complete. I no longer trust Keitha and requested she stop working immediately and leave the property. I had to hire another contractor to undo the poor-quality workmanship she did in order to complete the job satisfactorily. Anyone doing business with Keitha should be very wary of her work ethic and moral compass.

Unprofessional, deceptive, intimidating, threatening, and abusive On September 5, 2023, Keitha examined and did a quote to replace the roof shingles. Keitha provided a list of materials, which included 14 roof shingle packs, plywood, and other materials totaling $1,434.98. Keitha requested and received a $750.00 deposit. Upon cashing the check, I received a call from Keitha asking for an additional $300 to offset a cost increase in materials. This request was unexpected. I felt the job was fairly priced before the other $300 bid. Reluctantly, I agreed to increase the job from $1,434.98 to $1,734.98. Had I not agreed, she informed me she would return the job materials and keep the money for her time. The job began on Friday, September 8, @ 9:50 am and ended at 11:20 am, restarted at noon, and completed at 1:00 pm. Total time on sight: 2.30 hrs. A job that said it would take two days was completed in 2:30 hours. Keitha arrived with only two bundles of roofing, not the 14 we were charged. Starting the job, Keitha said the roof was worse than expected. Keitha was not prepared to complete the roofing replacement, only arriving with two bundles when the job specification requirement is 14. She intended to get in and out and demand more money. Keitha did use a 1/2 bundle of roof shingles, three sheets of plywood sections, roof underlayment, and adhesive. Keithas' $90.00 labor rate for herself and a helper totaled $450. Materials and labor totaled $710.97. The job was not done as we agreed, and Keitha is demanding she is owed $575 dollars. We refused to pay. We are seniors and elderly and feel we have been taken advantage of, Keitha threatened to come on our property and remove her work. We reported the threat to the police and put no-trespassing signs on our property. The police informed us to call them immediately if she came onto our property. We notified the Monroe County District Attorney of this potentially fraudulent intimidation and elderly abuse.
